Jasbir Jay Singh is a Principal at Posh Group Corp. an internet based, e-commerce company, with the office in Hicksville. He also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of an only Hindi Newspaper, published in North America known as Hum Hindustani. He serves on the board of Anti-Bias Crime Task Force of Nassau County.
Also known as Jay Singh, he is a true supporter for a cause, in local and ethnic community. He has been with South Asian Public action committee since last 5 years. He is the New York State VP for the International Hindi Association. Actively participates in celebrating the festivals of Asian part of world in and with Nassau County Administration.
Jay was born in Ludhiana, India in the family of Late Harjit Singh & Santokh Kaur, and was the eldest of 3 siblings. Migrated to United States in 1985 with $20 and a dream. Now lives happily in Woodbury, Long Island with his wife Satinder and sons Nick, Ikjot and Arvin.
He states that he is proud to be the part of Asian American Heritage Celebrations.
