Badari Ambatti is a dynamic leader and visionary team-building strategist with a passion for creating transformational experiences through project-based learning, corporate social responsibility programs, and youth empowerment. With a unique blend of experience in both the education and corporate sectors, Badari is known for designing and facilitating programs that foster trust, collaboration, innovation, and leadership across diverse teams.
He is an expert in nonprofit leadership, instructional design, expeditionary learning, service learning, and SEL (Social-Emotional Learning). His signature facilitation style is rooted in empathy, purpose-driven action, and a commitment to cultivating environments where individuals feel seen, connected, and empowered.
Badari is a graduate of the Senior Leaders Program for Nonprofit Professionals at Columbia Business School, where he specialized in executive education for mission-driven organizations. His work has directly impacted the growth and success of teams by focusing on key areas such as team dynamics, task delegation, communication, and goal-setting—all designed to help teams thrive and leaders grow.
He brings extensive field experience from working with premier organizations like Outward Bound and other national experiential education providers. Currently, he is pioneering the development of the first-ever Socio-Emotional Learning–Based Team Building Facility in New York, aiming to revolutionize how schools and organizations build resilient, collaborative communities.
In addition to his professional work, Badari served as President of Kannada Koota New York (2023–2025), where he led efforts to unite multicultural communities through vibrant cultural programs, leadership initiatives, and service-based activities—amplifying his lifelong commitment to community building.
Whether guiding high school students through immersive leadership Hackathons or facilitating executive retreats, Badari’s mission remains clear: to empower people, elevate teams, and inspire meaningful change.
